Our Story
Originally founded as a Student Rental Housing Company in 2019, we shifted our portfolio to short term rentals after seeing the huge influx of domestic travelers at the start of COVID-19. We have partnered with Residential and Commercial Landlords with our Master Lease Partnership Agreement. Guaranteed Income for the owner of the property, no worry about tenants defaulting on rent and no ability to evict
